How to use
Shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days. You can track your shipment by visiting your shop account or using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send you as soon as your order ships.
We partner with USPS and other major parcel carriers to get your products to you as quickly as possible. While we work hard to ensure that everyone gets their order in a reasonable amount of time, friends in Alaska, Hawaii and outlying U.S. Territories may receive shipments in 4 weeks.
We’re unable to offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
We offer free shipping on any order over $150.00. Stay tuned to our social media for additional free shipping promotions.
Orders placed Monday – Thursday by 3PM EST will be processed & shipped the same day. Orders placed on Thursday after 3PM EST and on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
We ship to the United States, as well as Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to US Military APO, FPO & DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We have a 30 day return policy, which means that you have up to 30 days after your purchase to return an item. If 30 days have gone by since purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Return
To return your product, please send a return request to email@example.com and include your order number as well as your reason for returning.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 6 - 10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, contact both your bank and credit card company to inquire about the processing time. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
